For those people who work in black boxes that few people understand this tool could be viewed as a life saver. Finally people can see the work they are doing. But as a few commenters have mentioned on sites across the web this could lead to micromanagement and a lack of freedom for the individual worker.
The world needs more simple enterprise software that boosts productivity. The problem with i did work is that you may spend just as long filling forms explaining what you did. Perhaps if the i did work guys followed rescue time’s lead and allowed the activity of windows/browsers to determine how you have worked then there will be no need for all that form filling.
