Quora won new product of the year at Techrunch’s Crunchies, but I think the real winner should have been the runner up. I really feel Square could disrupt and change a whole industry. Square limits the friction for payments and allows a whole sector of the economy that only takes cash payments (markets, kiosks, vendor) to come into the credit economy. This will be great for merchants and convenient for shoppers. Square is adding a lot of value by releasing this product. I wish them the best of luck.
